Do a tree pose. Find balance on one leg. Connect to the earth. Find peace in the very moment.

The idea was born in 2012 when I started to do a random pose for a photo. It happened to be the tree pose. What started as a little fun thing evolved soon into a plan to do it everywhere I go. And I mean, "everywhere". Over and over again. Since then there is no stop. What you see here is the result of this idea taken a few steps further (or taken too far?...)
100 Poses - 100 trees
At some point, I felt there should be more to it than just stretching in different locations and planting tree poses. Combining travel with something more lasting (also a good idea to set off the CO2 - emissions caused by your travels).

For every tree I set up on photo, I planted a real tree through one of the following initiatives. Where possible I tried to do it in countries where I have been before.

What´s next?

More of the good stuff. The 100 first tree poses felt a bit lonely. So I have uploaded 100 more tree poses - and this time I will plant 2 trees for every photo.
Phase 2: So for the 100 new poses, I doubled the planted trees - so additional 200 trees are done, check the different initiatives above! Now I will also work on translating it this site into more languages. And then we talk about converting this into a global movement ;)...
